This program specifically helps individuals to receive scholarships and resources to position themselves in a medical detox or inpatient rehabilitation program. Assistance is determined at a per need basis to provide partial or full funding of costs. The goal is to not deny treatment due to lack of insurance or required finances. Charity Together, Inc. will also offer placement services to United States based rehabilitation facilities to include travel expenses, if needed.
The Restart Together Program focuses on direct outpatient care, treatment needs and housing such as sober living and/ or halfway homes while receiving indirect care. Many people leave programs or fail to complete aftercare programs due to financial struggles whether personal or family related; this program's intention is to fill the void and reverse this outcome.
This program is for long-term recovery needs. The primary focus is on therapy and counseling services as well as self-help resources, such as, financial management resources, educational resources, GED or continued education, employment readiness resources and to help match clients with mentoring or volunteering opportunities. These are all necessary to stay on track for long-term recovery. This program will bridge the gap where insurance coverage is not provided or where a lack of insurance benefits exists. This program includes a focus on both family and patient needs.
The Dragonfly Project is designed to bring arts, crafts and creativity to children and teens. This project directly supports The Recovery Together Program. We are arts and crafting with children and teens living in orphanages, foster facilities, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America for the holidays, There is something for all ages and interests. The Arts and Crafts event is hosted by our Respected volunteers in Recovery.
It's been proven that art promotes positive activities and helps children learn. Creativity has a positive impact. Arts and crafts are important for adults and children alike to be able to experience so that they can explore and learn.
